Government of Haryana (HSIIDC) is developing an Industrial Model Township in New Delhi NCR region at Kharkhoda. It is planned on the lines of IMT Manesar. We have been entrusted with the responsibility of planning the 3302 acres of land into plotted development of various product mix as per demand assessment carried out by the clients. We were also responsible for the complete Engineering for the Township. The scope included Land planning for 3302 acres into Industrial Plots (of varying product mix), R&R component, Group Housing, Commercial Pockets, Roads and Services.
