The project involved a Group Housing scheme for a local developer group. The three different pockets comprise of 3BHK to 2BHK and Studio Apartments product mixes. The housing scheme also comprise of some commercial component catering to the daily needs of inhabitants. Sustainability measures are a part of the development with Rain Water harvesting and thermal orientations duly addressed in the masterplanning principles.
