Somerset House Trust took on board our services to give advice on the future development of Somerset House and the neighbouring buildings.
A quantitative and qualitative audit of the available space together with an analysis of the projected needs of each stakeholder organisation was done and a coordinating planning framework was developed that allows each organisation to develop and implement its own plans in coordination with its neighbours, and to develop joint strategies for infrastructure, site management, heritage conservation and other aspects.
